You are an idiot. These people are calling for people who are not even at the phone number they are calling. I am on the Do not call list; I have never taken out a payday loan; they are calling and asking for people who are not at this number
You know some people come on here because they are being harassed by this company. I was used as a reference on a loan and the gal defaulted.NOT MY PROBLEM. And when your company calls and harasses my family and don't " like the way I talk to you." Tuff **IT. My phone I pay my bills it was not my debt so quit calling me before you get the FCC fining you guys and paying me $500 everytime you call ILLEGALLY.I don't have to talk to you and I wont and I will take legal action for your company harassing my family. Take THAT to the bank!
I just received a call from Emily @ this number. She said my license was going to get suspended. I requested her name and name of Law Firm. She said Emily from IAC. As I probed for more information she told me she was going to give me 30 min to call her back and then they were going to file the case. So I called back 15 minutes later and told the person who I was looking for and my case number and the put me on hold and hung up. I called back again and they put Emily on. I told her that CA Law require that I advise her that the call is being recorded and she said "Well Record This! YOU STOLE MONEY AND YOUR GOING TO JAIL UNLESS I WAS WILLING TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS" She didn't tell me where the debt is from but wanted money. She said she was going to put me in as a direct refusal and hung up on me before telling me not to call their office again. What the Hell?!!

Now they think they can get me to call back by wanting to find or get info on someone else. I imagine the fake ax would fall if I called them back.
I keep getting calls from this number, the name of the person changes, and threaten me. Who they are collecting the dect from changes, they deny that I have talked to them before, get loud and rude. I have tried to talk and explain the state they are trying to bring a case against me, doesn't support their case, and the "debt" is beyond statue of limitations. James Barlow supposidly runs the debt management place, they have changed their name several times just in the short time they have been calling. One person I talked to stated they had done a background check, credit check/history, and another check, if they had an actual debt why would they need to do this? This place tried to debit my checking account putting me in the red, costing for overdraft, then costing to have a stop payment put on them for 2 months. The sum of the debt keeps changeing, who it is owed to changes. They are real jerks!
