You are an idiot. These people are calling for people who are not even at the phone number they are calling. I am on the Do not call list; I have never taken out a payday loan; they are calling and asking for people who are not at this number
My mother also recived a phone call from a person using the name Gerald Stone with the international Arbtration Service. Said they were going to have me arrested and so forth. For those of you who could not get an address to send correspondance for them to prove you owe a debt per the law, here it is:

Go on line and you can find on how to word the letter. Send it resgered mail. And request that they return any correspindance the same. I just sent one to them and to Bank of America who they say I owe. All BS. learn your rights or you don't deserve your rights.
These people just called and left a message for my aunt - I have never even used her name or number for any references for anything so not sure how they got her number. I am reporting them as well. For the person who added the address -thanks for the info - will be sending them the cease and desist letter. I have never been sent any information on this debt nor have I been served with anything. I find it interesting that I can be ordered to "attend" an arbitration hearing for something the courts haven't been involved in.
They are calling me, and informing me that I am being sued with criminal charges on an unpaid pay day loan!! they called my employer even after I said not to call anyone but me....they called my 88 yr old mom looking for me and nearly gave her a heart attack....! do We or I have any rights?? and is an unpaid payday loan a criminal offense?
I asked for them to send me an e mail with all there info and why they are contacting me and they refused, I explained my attorney wanted to see it in writing and they said they would not do it!!! If I lose my job because they think I am being prosecuted what rights do I have?
