Why DoD is wasting FY Funding on outside companies to conduct patient satisfaction surveys instead of utilizing service members in the Customer Relations Job Series is beyond me. Fraud, Waste and Abuse 38.5 + times, if you ask me. If MEDCOM is that concerned about the services provided they need to take the initiative to have open forum discussions with the patients, and it would be FREE! then they could allocate the 38.5 million dollars to the Morale, Welfare and Recreation funding campaigns and actually contribute to the morale of the military family. Unforgivable.
its just someone calling you to do a survay for tricare its a dod thing to make sure the hospitals are pleaseing everyone. If you dont want to do it you dont have to you can just tell them to take your number off the list or call the number back and go through the prompts to have your number removed from the list.
this is a scam every one beware ive gotten calls in this same manner over the past few weeks each time way too late and from a number you cant contact when you call back if it was a legit company you could contact a rep from there but you cant cause they are a dummy company trying to get your info so that they can fraud you!!! DONT TELL THEM ANY THING!!! DoD does not use outsite companies to do "surverys" for them they will send official info through secure forums such as .gov email like AKO. they have called me stating that they are doing a survey from DoD, wellsfargo and some other company i never heard of. do you expect me to believe that one day all of the companies i use and some i dont all of a sudden decided to take up outside survey companies and they all chose the same one??? B*ll S*it!
