Claimed to be 411 USA and were looking for businesses to add to their listings because the product we manufacture was in high demand. Told them we are in Quebec,Canada (which we are) and then they hung up. Seems like if they were legit they would have realized that we are not in the USA....
Call our company a lot but no one is ever at other end, sick of their b.s. I have the option to block so I did. I like looking at these sites that show me what numbers these are even with caller ID. It's amazing how many numbers need to be blocked from idiots.
These people are a nuisance. They've called my office 4 times this morning. They're rude to everyone and have hung up on us each time when we ask for a name or phone number. They were asking for me by name and when I finally answered he asked if I was Kelly and when I said I was, he hung up on me too. Not sure what their game is but I'm over it.
They called, and no was on the line initially. Eventually a woman came on the line saying she was with 411 and they were looking for someone who does carpet cleaning. I explained to her that we do not offer any cleaning services, and then she asked to speak with someone who could make decisions for the business.
