This is HILARIOUS! [***] with these guys, PLEASE. It is entertaining to the max. Some Hindu-[***] calls and asks for my WIFE. I tell him it's me...duh. He says he's working for the IRS. Right. He said I should go to the bank, with my cellphone still connected to the call, and withdraw over $4000 and send it to him by MoneyGram. I said "NO, I'll meet you in person with the cash." No deal. He would not give me the address. So, he threatened to lock up my bank accounts, terminate my driver's license and have me arrested. He said they had sent many, many registered letters to my homes (they did have my current and prior address - info easily gotten off the internet) and they would be coming for me right away. These pirates have a LOT of nerve - but if you have a few minutes, you can have some fun listening to how ridiculous their procedure is.
A guy called me from above number and said he is from IRS and they have a law suit against me. I questioned why they didn't send it by mail and he disconnected. It is a scam
This number has called my cell twice in the last 3 weeks saying they are with the IRS and there is an unpaid tax debt. Based on the other reports, I believe this to be a scam. I have not responded to their calls.
