Found a comment on another look up site that stated this number was a phone compnay trying to sell "low rates", if that's correct they are not professional at all. I can't find online at all that this number is associated with a business, just a landline in Chicago. They have called me several times leaving 1 second voicemails. blocking them.
I just recieved a call from them. They started the call out in a foreign language then switched to English to ask if I spoke Russian. I said no and they hung up.
This came up as IP Communications, I answered, there was hesitation and finally the woman asked if I spoke Russian. I asked her what kind of silly ***** question was that? I hung up. Will not be answering that again. Does anyone respect the do not call lists?
It's BEST CALL TELECOM.They offering calls to foreign countries. Asked them not to call me anymore but they keep calling no matter what . bother people to much !!!
