same here. today got call from them, just silence. I am on no call list

They called and had the nerve to intiate the conversation in Russian. Very lame. They are telemarketers.

I'm fed up

They keep calling us at 9am in Russian offering international phone calls.

If I pick up the phone, I wait for them to start conversation. They have robots placing calls and then connecting to operators if you start talking. If you do not say anything the robot would think that the call did not go through and hangs up.
Thank to this website, I will place them on the blocked list.
