These [***] call me everyday offering phone service and I've rejected each time. STOP HARASSING PEOPLE.

It's BEST CALL TELECOM.They offering cheap calls to foreign countries. The service is good but they bother people to much !!!

I just recieved a call from them.  They started the call out in a foreign language then switched to English to ask if I spoke Russian.  I said no and they hung up.  Caller ID says IP COMMUNICATION.
