Who called from 3123405582

Caller ID reads Customer Svc.  Called number, got a recording "if you do not want to receive this call press 1, but they did not identify themselves.

Same thing, when I picked up, no reponse.

Talked to "Stacey"
She asked for information from my current electric bill, for a "approved federal refund"
I asked for Company name, she stated "BECA"
When I asked for her callback number, I was hung up on.

answered call - no response and they hung up

just called back and message stated to press 1 if I wanted to be on the do not call list.  No company name
