Who called from 3123888924

This is a phishing scam. they say they are calling about your credit card and your time is running out for lower rates. I pressed 1 just to see and it is a foreign voice on the line. they want your credit card info. when I asked him what bank he was from, he panicked and just kept asking for my info then I hung up.

Received multiple calls from this number today. Have not left a message as to why they are calling.

Called my mobile, no message left so blocked

Called my cell, I have no idea who it was, didn't leave a message.
