Call was from IL, USA. No message left. Tried calling back and an automated message said I can't leave a message for that subscriber.

they call i answer they hangup allday long i need it to stop please help i cant turn my ringer off i also get the same number only the last two digits are different that numbers 312-409-8836

i had just got off the phone with kaiser and was asked to mark in my number from my cell phone. after i hung-up, i got the call.

I believe this is a survey from Kaiser Permanente that I had agreed to take after my call to them was complete.  Unfortunately, it came to my cell phone while I was still on the phone with Kaiser, so I did not answer.
