I, too, was still on the phone with Kaiser when they called with this survey.  They need a different trigger to make the call so that you're at least finished with the interaction that they are calling about!

Yes, just possibly be with Kaiser Survey call.  I did ask to be called back for the phone service w/kaiser after the call with them.  Thanks.  I'v gotten worried to.  You just reminded me :)
