this was my experience exactly. None of the questions seemed harmful, just asked about rating the service we get from Blue Cross Blue Shield provider HMSA in Hawaii. I was getting very irritated because the questions seemed redundant and I really do not like to talk on the phone at all, much less for that long. I declined to answer the question about household income.
