May not be a debt collector (unless you know you're behind on a bill) - could be a scammer - this number called me saying they were old second bank and my credit card was locked for security purposes and to press 1 - some kind of scam, don't have such a card and not don't owe any money
I also recieved a call at 7:40 a.m. They left a message and said my old second card has been suspended and I needed to press 1 to reactivate it. I dont have an old second account so they can keep it suspended.
Same with me. This is a scam. I hung up, my bank would never use a recording to notify me of a "locked card" Don't even answer a call from this number.
Received a recoded message on my call stating my Old Second Bank Debit card was locked and to press 1 to release the lock. Total scam call. There's no such bank and the phone number is from an autodialer.
