this company is constantly calling our emergency service business line, we reported it to the fcc...they call 5-7 times a day and noone is there when the operators answer..we do a required call back when there is noone acknowledging our pick-up...they do not like this at all! and told us this!  they are looking for a k. smith...at this business we have 4 employees that match that description. when they were advised that we are not allowed by law to take solicitation calls, they informed us this was a personal businees call and an attempt to collect a debt...when we acknowledged this info we informed them that if it was indeed a personal business call they would have more info to narrow down the k.smith's on our list. a birth date, address, something that tells us it is indeed personal.they hung up. we have returned every call and recorded it and turned it over to the fcc. to this date the calls are continuing...they will be fined $500.00 for every call logged into our system...i believe this is just and right!
