I just got a call from this number at 1:50 AM saying my MasterCard had been lost - I don't have a MasterCard and it's freaking 1:50 AM!!!! Who does this kind of thing? I always answer my cell phone if I hear it late at night just in case of an emergency - and this is what I hear - that my MasterCard has been lost - what a bunch of freaking idiots!!! At first I thought it was some kind of mistake and if I pressed 1 it would take me to a real person and I could tell them they had the wrong number - but then it took me to another automated recording so I just hung up, then looked it up on here - this is where I would now insert bad language!!!!!
Locked account on a Sunday morning press one to unlock when you hit one it says hit one again I hung up? Who do you report this to? Is my card compromised? They knew to much information about me. Very upset what to do?
I was told that my first merit debit card was lost and that I need to press 1. I didn't think fast enough and I pressed 1 but my debit card was still in my purse. I did not give out any numbers to any body. Hopefully everything will be okay but can not check until Tuesday, Monday is a holiday.
