I received a letter from Albright & Associates demanding 840.00. I keep receiving calls from a Junior Gomez who threatens me and becomes verbally abusive.
This is a junk debt buyer going by the name Albright & Associates, Alpha Creations shows up on caller ID. They call friends/family leaving personal information regarding the old debts, leaving threatening messages with them. This is 100% AGAINST THE LAW. Lawsuit on the way.....
Got a call from this number. They said they were Albright & Assoicates. Claim it was a case against someone I didn't even know and I was the contact person. Just a ruthless attempt at debt collection.
This "Albright and Associates" is a defunked and closed business. It is has been closed since 2009. Don't be fooled even if you talk to them tell them to fax you what they are claiming you owe. This Tory Roberts will not have any explanation about the debt but will threaten to keep calling you until the debt is paid. There is no such coming for a 312 area code. Be aware that these people do this for a living and they do this from an overseas and in the states. You have to be smarter than them.
Never let bullies on the phone confuse extortion with debt collection. Honest debt collectors do not typically send their claims straight to a judge, and they don't take your ransom money to broker quick deals with so-called "process servers". There are no secretive "arbitrators", "assessment specialists", "detectives", "investigators", "mediators", or "prelitigation specialists". They are sweaty double-talking criminals with a script full of coercive remarks. Lawful debt collection is a process, not an ambush, and you are due a chance at each stage to raise a dispute. The agents' horrid threats are empty and their conduct is illegal. Do not reward lawbreakers with your money. Challenge them always, sue them if you can.
