<[email protected]> and <[email protected]> ; and the phone number 312-857-3571 are all scams; same person impersonating someone he is not and trying to scam hard working, honest people.

Smh I was surprised at first for an apartment to be so cheap in NYC luckily for me I always research! ! And I came across this page. (Almost scammed) 2nd to comment I can't thank u enough because of ur comment I knew this was bull. This impostor sent me the exact email word for word. For a second I was baffled and didn't want it to be true. Me and my family been struggling for so long and with the economy now a days you would think they give us a break and hard working people like this would not go thru this!!!!!  With people like (impostor Tom keen) running around something must be done!!

I pray this man is locked behind bars and I am truly sorry for everyone that has been scammed by this man. NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO THRU THIS!!

This is his latest scan info. He now changed his name to Sam lamb. Gues it's true anything that sounds good to be true just might be!!!My name is Sam Lamb, I am the owner of the apartment at 81 Metropolitan Oval #5D, Bronx NY 10462. The monthly rent is $800, security iS the same as rent $800.Presently, i am in Canada working as the Vice President, Card Service at ATB Financial  , Calgary, Canada. I can come down to show you the apartment if i am convinced that you are serious. The initial plan was to sell the apartment. which we tried, but the Realtor inflated the prize hence taking more time to sell, because of this reason, we need a responsible person that will take very good care of the apartment. Most importantly ,a serious and trust worthy person who will be willing to pay the rent without delay.
Note; the move-in cost is the total amount of 2 months rent and a security deposit. As a very busy person I would only take my time to fly down to the US for you to preview the apartment, only if you accept to pay the above move-in cost after seeing the apartment.
FURNITURE : Apartment is fully furnished but if you are moving in with your furniture there is a storage room in the unit where you could keep our furniture.

It seems that Tom Keens is now masquerading as Sam Lamb as well. The emails are pretty much verbatim. Don't trust this guy. It's a scam. Here's his response to the email I sent him. And the email address he is sending emails from now is [email protected]
