Who called from 3128785648

If I don't answer the caller hangs up after 3 rings.  If I do answer the caller hangs up.  This happens quiet often; it seems at least once a day.  Did not make a note of when it started, but it was not long ago.

Got call from this number .  Mumbled something about talking with them re: government matter.  Definitely SPAM

they left a message on my machine that there was a legal action being taken against me on behalf of the IRS.. same scam goes around every year about this time. I don't answer.

I dont know who has this number but I got a call from them just a couple of minutes ago. I didnt answer and they didnt leave a message. Very annoying.

About an hour ago. And, like everyone else, I answered and no one was there. Is there some point to these calls? Other, than commenting here?
