Who called from 3128789641

I got this phone call from this number @ 5:10 pm today 0310/11, but I did not answer it since I do not know anyone from that area code.

Calls me! dont say ayhting i keep asking who it is?? But no answer!!! what the hell its been 2 weeks!

Called me this morning. I suspect that if you use the "unsubscribe" feature, that just verifies your number as an "active" one, and it gets sold to someone else. Typical spammer/scammer behavior.

just called me no one on other end so I hung up

Just received a call from this number at 12;20 Dallas time 3-10-2011.  No clue who it is.
