Got a call from this number. No one on other end. When i called the number back, a recording said "call is no longer in service". How can a number be no longer in service if they just called?
I get calls from this number daily, I have tried to call back but the number will not go through. Based on other posts I'm guerssing it's an education telemarketer as I have been appling online for jobs and do get several calls from telemarketers trying to sell me education.
Is this a trolling, robotic infiltration of some kind? They seem to be coming fast and furious these days.
W/ this no. my experience was as w/ others below - recd. on my homephone / landline. ID reads as from Illinois.
Have to wonder what data it is compiling. Nuisance, trash intrusion.
Number called, I said hello twice and then a computer generated voice said 'goodbye'. There should be a way to stop idiots from doin stupid stuff like this... hell I live in nc and they're gonna call me all the way from chicago?? Jeeze.... some bored geek with too much time to spare I'm sure....
