Got a call from this number. No one on other end. When i called the number back, a recording said "call is no longer in service". How can a number be no longer in service if they just called?
Rcvd a call at 10:15 AM eastern time on my cell phone. I picked up, I heard the 'click' on their end - they hung up. When I called back, it rings twice and disconnects.
