Who called from 3129240860

This # called and I didn't answer. They left no message. The caller ID says "Net-2-Phone In", whatever that is. I am on the national DO NOT CALL list.

Caller ID said was Net-2-Phone.  I didn't answer.   I was just looking to see if anyone else had any idea who it was.   They didn't leave a message.

Received a call from Net-2-phone, IN today at 5:27 pm.  Left no message.  I didn't answer. I don't know them.  Did a call block.

Left no message and I don't answer unknown callers.

google say they are ACM or timeshare rentals - no thanks
