Same caller-id said net to phone,In knew my name said they were returning my call about the back brace on TV. Told them to never call me again and blew my marine sport horn in their ear. The only reason I answered was to blow my horn in their ear! Sure seems to cut down on these [***] calls!!! Best $9.00 I ever spent!!! Blow out their ears and they'll have less mudh mouthed callers available maybe.??
I guess a blast to the ear might work if a real person is calling ( not a recording) But for everyone's info, many of the calls we all get, (312,214,203 etc) are actually numbers that are re-routed from foreign countries. If 100 percent of us stopped answering these calls, think about where scammers would be. Curiosity as to whom is calling is sometimes just too enticing.
Received a call, said it was Net 2 Phone answered for a legitimate reason. Told me it was about a back brace I had seen on TV, said I could press 1 to order and 2 if I didn't want to hear about the back brace any longer. I pressed 2 and was connected to someone; told them I only pressed 2 to be taken off their list. Don't know if it will work or not, too bad the do not call list doesn't extend to other parts of the globe.
