Sure it's easy. IF you are able without missing any kind of emergency, turn off the ringer or disconnect a landline. You can turn off or down a cell and get the same results, or use a blocking app. If you cannot, then a call blocker may be of assistance for a landline. The way to nail them is by giving them zilch from the numbers they call. If they've got nobody playing, they're out of business.
Scam! Beware. Automated recording stating that the IRS has a lawsuit against me. I don't owe the IRS any money. If you're not sure if you owe the IRS money, contact whoever does your taxes or the IRS. Call the IRS from the numbers or contact #'s from the "official government website."
Scammers! The IRS is not going to call you and tell you they are going to sue, they send it in the mail. I swear, these scumbags never learn. Do they think we have not caught on to them?? I am on the do not call list and STILL get calls like this.
