Sure it's easy. IF you are able without missing any kind of emergency, turn off the ringer or disconnect a landline. You can turn off or down a cell and get the same results, or use a blocking app. If you cannot, then a call blocker may be of assistance for a landline. The way to nail them is by giving them zilch from the numbers they call. If they've got nobody playing, they're out of business.
Automated IRS call to state they have filed a lawsuit against me. Ridiculous. I hope no one falls for this. I didn't call the number back and blocked it on my iPhone.
Just got the same call. 6th one this month. I called back and played along. Such stupid people out there trying to find someone gullable and ruin their day. I called the guy a few choice names.
*57 is a call trace through Verizon. 3 calls traced within the same day or month but not within the same hour Verizon will work for you and press charges. This number's got to be in someone's name.
