Indian accented guy using a very American name saying I owe on a payday loan from 12/07. I did not ever recieve this loan nor does my bank ever have any record of this money being deposited into my account as he states. They just called my father and best friend yesterday and told them they needed to have me call them. I have no idea who this is, but I do no owe them money and will not pay.
they have called me as well. they say i have apyday loan which I have never taken out. they had all my infor even my checking acct number and routing numer. they threatned me as my husband and my family. what kind of place is this
They just called me and told me i had a claim aginst me for a payday loan I had done. I don't know how to stop the call but I did not do any payday loan this is the second time this has happen to me about someone calling me with a compnay like this.
