same here, chked all forums, called FCC, MJ, dial trackers, I retuned the call ( no mssge left) and the response was "this number is currently unconfigured" FCC has never heard of this term nor any other tech company I called. the only ref i could find to it was that most likely it is a goggle phone number that not configured to rcve incoming calls or not finished being set up yet
