Who called from 3129679832

chicago- repeatedly calls around 8-9pm, no answer when I answer. Hangs up after a bit of static.

It's a phone survey on "issues important to Chicago residents".  With a mayoral election in March it's one of the political polling firms.

same thing with me it calls me at 8:30...i say hello, hello, hello and nothing and then it hangs up...when i call it back it says this number has not been configured...what is that supposed to mean?

Receiving daily calls from this number, but no one responds when I answer.

Rang wireline. Call blocked. Calling early evening hours 2 calls.
