I just got a call from this number and and she started by "Can You hear me?" and I said "Yes" and did the biggest mistake now I'm worried

You got a call from 313-246-0539? Why are they calling and how are they using it illegally​??
I too just got a call from them..I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message...I thought a law passed that basically says companies are no longer allowed to do just that??

A "short" 1 minute survey that took about 5 minutes which could have taken much longer if I didn't keep hitting 2. Basically wanting to know if I wanted more information on Diabetes testing supplies, pain-relieving med's and Medicare assistance. I refused their $250.00 in coupons also, they didn't like that which put me out of their drawing for more money tonight.
