Got a call and got the "Can you hear me?" thing.  I answered "I can hear you."  She proceeded to tell me that my 'online registration' would get me a $200 gift card to various major chain stores.  I asked her 'What online registration?" and she avoided the question.  She said there's be no personal information requested (how was I gong to get the card?) and that I'd just have to answer some 'lifestyle questions.'  That's when I hung up.

If they get your voice saying 'yes' they can hack and authorize your credit and debit cards.

And they are hackers and theifs, they don't care about any laws that have been passed.

You need to cancel your cards and contact your bank. With them having your voice saying yes, they can authorize all kinds of things with your cards and what not.
