If you've answered and said yes to the can you hear me question, you need to contact your bank immediately, and cancel your debit and credit cards. You can get new ones.
With saying yes, you've just given them your voice recording to bypass voice recognition for major charges and buys from your cards and accounts.
Boy do i feal stupid! She said can you hear me and i said yes. She said my name i said yes. She said i will be receiving a grant for a certain amount. and to wright down a code and a phone number. and after we hang up to call that number within 15min and give that code to determine how i will recive the money. Witch i will never be taxed on it or have to pay it back. Ok sounds great! So then i called and gave the code and just confirm my name and address. But im so stupid i never asked what there name was or company. Or how they got my name and address. Im scared!! Should i get a new debit card?
If you gave them your card number, call the phone number on the back of your card RIGHT NOW, and tell them what happened!
[Interesting ... you seem to be more worried about saying "yes" than telling us if you did or did not give them your card number or any other ID information]
