Hello fellow card holder, I'm sorry you are experiencing such headaches. I'm surprised they are still calling you when your account is in good standing. Doesn't sound like them at all, but then again I'm not surprised. Something in their system must not be up-to-date and they should be made very aware of the annoying calls and to make sure the payments are all posted to your account. I hope by now since the date of your posting, the issue has been resolved.
They called me on my cell phone when I was at work today. When I didn't answer it, they called on my work number. I answered it and there was no one there. Is there any way to find out who this number belongs to?
These calls need to stop immediately! So far this number has been calling for about a month and never leave a message. Now get this, they go under different aliases every other week. The names have been A. Johnson, D. Wasmund & V. Heuther. Do see the pattern? Watch out for these people and never give out personal information. Anyone can claim they are someone over the phone and scam artists do sound professional. Just beware and be safe!
