Hello fellow card holder, I'm sorry you are experiencing such headaches. I'm surprised they are still calling you when your account is in good standing. Doesn't sound like them at all, but then again I'm not surprised. Something in their system must not be up-to-date and they should be made very aware of the annoying calls and to make sure the payments are all posted to your account. I hope by now since the date of your posting, the issue has been resolved.
I receive these phone calls from V. Huether and like all the others he doesn't leave a message, if you answer they don't say anything. Isn't there some kind of law aganist this!
i get the call about 15 times a day on my cell phone, and even when i tell them to stop calling, they still continue to call. they are a credit card company offering credit cards and collecting on the accounts. they hold the Total Card, Access Card, Plains Commerce Bank, and a few other cards.
This is total card credit company. I just got off the phone and told them to never call my home number again. If they do, I will file a civil suit against them. You have the right not to be harrassed. their address is p o box 90340 Souix Falls, South Dakota 57107. they don't like you calling them though. So I told them that if they call and harrass me I will call and harrass them
