Hello fellow card holder, I'm sorry you are experiencing such headaches. I'm surprised they are still calling you when your account is in good standing. Doesn't sound like them at all, but then again I'm not surprised. Something in their system must not be up-to-date and they should be made very aware of the annoying calls and to make sure the payments are all posted to your account. I hope by now since the date of your posting, the issue has been resolved.
This is Total Visa Credit card. They are like loan sharks with the fees they charge one's credit card accounts with them. Even if you don't go over your credit limit, they still charge fees which will cause one to go over the limit and if you are a day late and a dollar short, they will call and call, and call without leaving a message or saying anything even if you do get a person on the phone...If you have an account w/Total Visa, pay the mininum, close the account, and pay if off as soon as possible b/c they will keep calling as long as you have an account w/them...
I get these call multiple times, on my cell and home phone no answer - it is Total Visa Credit - they never leave messages and now the have my work number and just keep calling and never leaves messages either!
