this number called my house. when nobody answered, they called my cell. a friend of mine answered and the man said his name was Chester...when she asked what he needed he said that he would call later. i pay my payments before they are due... i don't understand why they keep calling.... its really starting to piss me off...
I called them back a week ago and told them to put me on a "do not call" list, the man on the other end was extremely rude with me and apparently ignored my request. I have received two calls today & when I called to complain they asked for my full name and said I couldn't be placed on the "do not call" list without it!! What a great way to run a business! Morons!
Calls just started coming in a couple days ago; haven't answered yet as the area code was totally unfamiliar. It's out of Detroit, Michigan; from your posts, I'd say Total Card Services is the culprit. I'm not interested. They best lay off before I lay on.
A woman called at 8:11 am after Thanksgiving for my wife and wouldnot give any information as to how they are. I then called back and a male answered the phone and still would not give mee any information on how they are just for me to have my wife to callhim. So I then asked him how they were agiane still no streat answer. So I then replyed I can't have my wife to call you back then not knowing how you are. He then said sure I can just have her to call the number back like I just did. I then asked a third time and was told it was a personal matter for my wife that they could not tell me anything. So I then told him to tell his wife to call me at the same number he called my wife on. He asked why, and I said it was personal, between his wife and I. Then the call was ended.
