This name and number call at all hours of the day. It even calls on weekends. I've answered it several times and all I get is a recording to please hold.
The "J.Huth" calls started a couple days ago; no message, so I figured it was a wrong #. I get home today and they've called 5 times throughout the day - still, no message. I'm assuming from what I've read hear they're a B-rate, relentless collection agency, probably looking for somone that doesn't even live here.
Maybe I'll start calling them and hanging up 20 or 30 times a day just for grins...
This company has called me several times even at work, swearing that I have a card with them. I don't have any credit cards at all. I have told the woman hundreds of times that I do not have a card with them. The last time she called me I told her that if they called again that they would be hearing from an attorney since they are harassing me, and I hung up the phone. She then called right back as an incoming call. Apparently they finally got the hint and only call once or twice a day now but I will be contacting an attorney this week for it. The company name constantly changes, it is Total Card, Total Access Card, Total Access Credit Card or your card company.
the thing about these calls is that they never talk directly to you. if it is a collection agency, why dont they ask when are you going to pay? and what are you supposed to be late in paying? this is harassment plain and simple and should be shut down by the government
