Calls start at 8:00 a.m. and continue til 9:30 p.m. If you answer the call and keep holding even though there is silence, a recording will eventualy come on the line asking you to hold. After that, a person will come on the line. These are collections calls for Total Card. Even if you speak with them, the calls will continue!
