they said i was aproved for a loan and i knew when i heard there accent it was a scam...so i humored him and said i needed $4000 and he said it would be $782 month payments for 6 mos and i said yea i can afford that then he said he needed proof i can make those payments and i said how he said go to any grocery store get a green dot load $782 and as soon as they recieved it it would be refunded with the $4000 . they make me laugh but i feel for those that fall for it.
Within 5 min another one called with a different # and same scam 409-497-8162
"Mike Anderson" with a heavy Indian accent has called twice and left messages that myself or my attorney need to call because my social is associated with a claim number. I have not returned the call and don't intend to.
Heavy accent wanted me to confirm my ssn and claimed I was going to be arrested. Strong accent and inability to tell me the charges without his phone breaking signal up makes this seem bogus.
