1. summoned/investigated/charged/whatever with fraud/embezzlement/passing_bad_checks/whatever or
2. served with a court_summons/arrest_warrant/bench_warrant/whatever or
3. located in preparation to_be_served/for_a_lawsuit/to_be_arrested/whatever or
4. sued for cable TV usage that you've been stealing for years or
5. whatever stupid crap reasons they will think up next.
And you have to...
1. call back with your case number or
2. confirm your address/birthdate/SSN/whatever so you can be served or your papers processed or
3. pay $895 now to avoid paying $5,000 in court or
4. whatever stupid crap reasons they will think up next.

I keep getting calls from this obviously unamerican person saying that their is going to be a federal arrest warrant out for me if I don't pay. Bull, I am certainly not buying it. What's worst is that they are calling my PREGNANT wife and harassing her.
I just too received a call, I have been getting these calls for over two years it is frustrating cause all I did was sign up to go back to school online and now I got these people from India or whatever calling and it is hard to catch them because they are not really where they say they are and you can get a number from any area, but this is really starting to get ridiculous and someone needs to really put a stop to these people harassing hard working people, now if you want to scam someone scam the rich not the middle class, everyone dont even respond to the calls keep letting them leave messages, hope no one falls for this..
i just got a phone call from a guy named Officer Marcial Hudson claiming to be calling from the Dept of Law and Justice of Michigan, saying that someone filed a lawsuit against me and that i he gave me a case number- 2060BM. When i told him that i will call him back as he caught me at work, he told me that it would be too late then as someone will be coming to arrest me. I then knew that this is a scammer so i told him that the next time he calls me, a real police officer or my lawyer will be at the other end of the line and put the phone down.
