Got. Call from a mike Johnson with a strong Indian accent. He started telling me my ss# stating that I had a claim against me in a state that I haven't lived in for 3 years. I told him to f*ck off and send me to court.
i recieved a call from a "Mike Anderson" saying i needed to call him back if i didnt want any trouble. That their is a claim against name. I know its a fraud and scam. I will not return this call but it needs to be addressed, someone needs to do something about these people trying to take advantage of us hard working people.
I agree that someone needs to stop these people. I keep getting these calls from a Mike Anderson and he even supposedly transfered me to his attorney who said I would be arrested and I should have an attorney if I didnt want to be arrested and hung up on me.
A male of Indian or arab descent, called, told me his name was Officer Williams of the Department of Law and Justice, giving me several demands of what he wanted me to do and that I was going to be charged for three felony offenses but wouldn't and even refused to go into details. He also said (despite the phone number) that he was located in Broken Arrow Oklahoma and gave a fictitious address. When he realized I wasn't going to cave in to his demands, he became verbally insulting using vulgar language and insisted I get an attorney. I have no idea how he got it but he cited my address and social security number.
I am not one who who engages in criminal activity nor any questionable financial activities and I am monitoring my credit and banking activities.
