I received a call from this number (313-459-0025) though I could not pick up as I was sleeping at that time. Later when I called back it said that the caller cannot take any message since the voice mail box is full. Do they know if there is any legal matter against us ?

I received a call from a man stating he was looking to send documents to a named person I haven't seen in over 20 years. He said he had my phone # as a possible contact number. I advised that I haven't seen that person in over 20 years and the caller said he would make a note of it and remove me from their call list.
Just received an identical call. Guy talked so fast I had to stop him several times. Said Process Serving Solutions (out of MI) was hired by a company to contact me about a legal matter. He couldn't give me the company's name but did give me 866-256-7836 to call them directly. This has scam written all over it.
This company, process serving solutions, has been calling all of my relatives. I have no outstanding debts. When you call the number back you hear a message stating that mailbox is full. Although they have a website I don't believe that they are legitimate. What legitimate company uses Magic Jack? Obviously they are skip tracers who buy outdated collections.
