I've been receiving phone calls from this number constantly, I answer the phone and they refuse to tell me what debt they are trying to resolve for me. I am tired of "MagicJack" whomever he/she is needs to stop harassing me over something that doesn't exist. I have all of my financial affairs in ordER. They are very rude and refused to answer any of my questions. I asked what the important legal matter was and the customer service representative refused to tell me.
GUYS I received a phone call from a women stating someone made a complaint against me, to which i knew was impossible so i questioned it before i let her go any further, i was told to call a contact number i was being serviced, then stated that people dont call you to service you they come directly to you, so this had a scam written all over it, she laughed and hung up, i then called with my number blocked, switched my voice and stated someone called me from this number, she then asked me for a reference number i laughed and yelled scam, SHE THEN LAUGHED AND SAID IT WAS A SCAM AND THEY ARENT GOING TO STOP, SO ME AND 300 OF MY FRIENDS HAVE SHUT DOWN THIS NUMBER BY CALLING BACK TO BACK TO BACK TO THE POINT THEY TAKE THE MAGIC JACK OUT OF THE COMPUTER, IF THEY DO PICK UP THEY ASK WHY WE KEEP CALLING AND I REPLY WITH WHY DO YOU KEEP SCAMMING,
Yes I just had a weird call this morning saying my document number and the telephone number starts with 877 area code saying that I have been served but turned around to call the number back and it says magic jack. This is not well. But the funny thing about it is that when I logged the the information on my tablet I meant to call it but it undo it, so It must of been a scam,it wasn't meant for me to call back. So what ever or who ever is behind all this is not good.
