Called today on my cell phone. I have no idea who this is. No message is ever left. I don't answer calls from names and numbers I don't know. Only my immediate family has my cell phone number.
I got a new phone number 2 months ago and this number keeps calling me for some person I don't know. I have tried to speak to an actual person to advise them but it is impossible. So irritating to have to deal with. Will be paying a fee to get a new number I suppose cause they dont stop.

Don't do that!
Your "new" number is somebody else's old number, and may get even more calls.
Instead, google "phone blocker" or "call blocker" and learn how to use one.
I dont have Verizon 313-483-7115 and from number 313-879-1697and never have...keep calling for a person that does not live at this address. they call every hour
