I received a call from this number. It didnt even give a company name. I selected option 1. Person answered from Account Services. I was able to quiz him on how he got the phone number and whom they represent. They work with Visa and Mastercard for several companies. He did say Chase. I asked to be removed from future calls. Low and behold, no one was there. He had disconnected me.

I got a call from this number, when I answered it, they said they were from credit card services and this is my last chance to ....I hung up at that point.
I just got that call also, about a lower interest rate, I did press one and the guy was very rude when he realized i wasnt buying his speal, he then hung up on me
I bought a track phone and I keep getting calls from collection agencies. They're calling for other people, I guess verizon recycles numbers. I got a call today from 313 749 0342, and decided to stay on the line to clear this confusion cleared up, and when the woman picked up and I explained my situation she said "sure" and then hung up! Not only are these people harassing me, but they're super mean too!
