I received a call from this number. It didnt even give a company name. I selected option 1. Person answered from Account Services. I was able to quiz him on how he got the phone number and whom they represent. They work with Visa and Mastercard for several companies. He did say Chase. I asked to be removed from future calls. Low and behold, no one was there. He had disconnected me.

Obvious telemarketer for credit card relief service to lower interest rates. as is typical when attempting to call back number "All circuits are busy" message comes up
"today is the last day you have a chance to get a lower interest rate on your credit card......" push 1 to speak to a rep. I pushed one, to tell the rep what they could do with their call, but got hung up on before the rep even answered. And they called my private cell number too.
