I received a call from this number. It didnt even give a company name. I selected option 1. Person answered from Account Services. I was able to quiz him on how he got the phone number and whom they represent. They work with Visa and Mastercard for several companies. He did say Chase. I asked to be removed from future calls. Low and behold, no one was there. He had disconnected me.

Posing as a credit card company trying to get information. I asked who they represented and they said every Visa card company. Then he asked how much credit card debt I have and I stated a rough estimate of about $300 that I was going to pay that day (weeks before it was due) and instantly he hung up
I call my old company's benefit center to have my 1099R resent, she said she would call me back and she left me a voicemail. This number is legit at least for my benefit center but they may do more than 401K's. This is legit for me. Answer next time!
