I received a call from this number. It didnt even give a company name. I selected option 1. Person answered from Account Services. I was able to quiz him on how he got the phone number and whom they represent. They work with Visa and Mastercard for several companies. He did say Chase. I asked to be removed from future calls. Low and behold, no one was there. He had disconnected me.

received call from 313-749-0342 hit 1 then tt uim who said he was from account services and he was contacted by my credit card company so he could reduce my interest rate, when i asked him which one of my credit card companies he was with and how he got my # he got upset then said not to feel threatend he was trying to help, he wanted to know how much credit card debt i had and when i told him none and started asking more questions he h/u on me -- i think this is a scam, don't give our any of your info
just got the call from this number. i'm in louisiana. when i pressed 1, the lady kept pressing me for my info when she asked for a credit card number, I told her i don't think so I don't give my cc numbers to anyone she hung up fast. oopsie... guess we aren't all stupid here in the south.
Rec'd a call from 313 749-0342 on my cell; didn't recognize the number & didn't pick up - didn't leave any message. Obvious from posts that this is some kind of scammer.
PS: I'm in Miami, Florida - the 313 area code is supposed to be Detroit, Michigan - guess these scammers are hitting up everyone all over the United States.
Said to press #1 now to see about my financial staus on my credit cards. I dont have any credit cards and never have. this is like the fifth time theyve called.
