I received a call from this number. It didnt even give a company name. I selected option 1. Person answered from Account Services. I was able to quiz him on how he got the phone number and whom they represent. They work with Visa and Mastercard for several companies. He did say Chase. I asked to be removed from future calls. Low and behold, no one was there. He had disconnected me.

I've gotten a call from several numbers that are doing this...my concern is that they want me to call back and then charge me an exhorbitant fee for calling because they have some kind of fee per minute on the line.
If you press 1, like I did, they'll tell you it's your last chance to lower your credit card rate. I asked them to take me off their call list. The man I talked to told me he wouldn't. I asked for his phone number he told me it was 1800-NO. Good luck dealing with these people. I contacted my state's attorney general office.
