I received a call from this number. It didnt even give a company name. I selected option 1. Person answered from Account Services. I was able to quiz him on how he got the phone number and whom they represent. They work with Visa and Mastercard for several companies. He did say Chase. I asked to be removed from future calls. Low and behold, no one was there. He had disconnected me.

The number is from a company to get a lower rate on some type of debt. I asked them who they were and the said account services, i asked what company again and they hung up. Nice professionalism.
Why are people just repeating the exact same thing on here? How are you helping people by saying "Got a call from this number, didn't answer didn't recognize the number"? Who cares?
I was just wondering if anyone has done anything about it or if anyone knows of a place to report this kind of activity?
